The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13272 is a confirmed fit for your 2017 Lexus RX 350 and I have even attached a photo for you to show what it will look like. In regards to parts needed, there will be nothing else if just using the Thule T2 Pro XTR 2 Bike Platform Rack part # TH83JV. The Thule T2 Pro comes with the hitch pin, or in this case an integrated AutoAttach system with an Auto Pin which requires no tools, so either way you won't need to purchase one separately. view full answer...
Without a doubt you're going to need a set of crossbars to mount the Thule Hullavator # TH898 to your 2010 Lexus RX 350, however to use two of these on the same set of bars you'd need bars that are around 60" long.
Unfortunately the longest set of bars we have for your vehicle are the Thule WingBar Evo Crossbars # TH711320 with the feet # TH710401 which are 50" long so you're not going to be able to do what you're wanting.
Instead, I'd recommend going with two sets of the Malone DownLoader... view full answer...
Kuat offers two different hitch locks, the # HL1 for the # B202-114 Beta that's designed for the 1-1/4 inch receiver and the # HL2 lock that's designed for the # B202-2 Beta rack that's designed for the 2 inch receiver. If the correct lock is used for the correct rack, no alterations of any kind will be necessary (we don't recommend altering the rack in any way, as it will compromise your warranty protection.) view full answer...
The Universal MightyMounts for Yakima Roof Mounted Accessories # Y03590 will be the adapter for your Mako Saddle and Hully Roller. It applies to factory crossbars no more than 4" wide or 1-1/2" tall. As a result, it will fit the factory roof rack on your 2013 Lexus RX 350 factory crossbars. There are a total of 4 MightyMounts included.
The Replacement Hardware for a Single Yakima Universal MightyMount # 8880056 has 4 screws included. And the Replacement Wrench for Yakima Universal MightyMount... view full answer...
We do offer a hitch fit for the 2021 Lexus RX350. I'd recommend the Curt Class III hitch, part # C73DR, along with the # 2753 ball mount and the # 19260 for a 1-7/8 or # 63845 for a 2 inch trailer ball. For a trailer wiring harness, use # C56217.
I've linked to installation videos for the wiring harness I recommended. view full answer...
The Thule K-Summit XXL # TH02230K66 are the automatic self-tensioning tire chains that will fit the 235/55 R19 sized tires on your 2015 Lexus RX 350.
To install the K-Summits you just need to be connected to a wheel nut and then you drive. The chains will self tighten and align. They also only ride on the tread of the tire so they do not require any clearance between the tire and any part of the Lexus.
I found an online copy of your owner's manual and it states to install chains on... view full answer...
There are two different Tekonsha 4 pole options for the 2015 Lexus RX350, the # 118255 or the # 118252. The # 118252 is a factory replacement, which means it's a replacment for a damaged factory connector and will only work if your vehicle arrived from the factory with a 4 pole trailer connector.
If it did not have a factory connector, you'll need the # C56217. Unfortunately, it's not just a matter of adding a fuse or relay to activate the tow package wiring so the # 118252 will work.... view full answer...
It sounds like you're looking for the 4 way trailer plug for your 2013 Lexus RX 350; I recommend using the Tekonsha # 118255 because we've found that the powered converters on the Tekonsha harnesses are some of the most reliable available. This kit will tee into your tail lights and provide you with a 4 way flat to tow a trailer with and this is compatible with your 2013 RX 350 without the factory towing package.
If you also need a ball mount, hitch ball and hitch pin you can get that... view full answer...
When it comes to your 2017 Lexus RX 350 with a panoramic sunroof, I recommend the Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbars # RRVA137B-2 and the Rhino-Rack SX Series Legs # RR37QX . They're made out of aluminum and they're silver in color. The rack can hold up to 165 pounds and the recommended crossbar spread is between 24 inches and 32 inches.
One thing that the aero bars has over the other roof racks is that they're more quiet. They have a wind diffuser technology that disrupts and redirects... view full answer...
The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver, part # C13272, is the only hitch we carry that's confirmed to fit the F-Sport model of the 2017 Lexus RX 350. However, the install is actually pretty easy. I've linked the install details as well as a video that shows the install.
I've also attached a picture submitted to us from a customer that installed the hitch on his F-Sport saying it only took him and his son about 15 minutes to do the install. view full answer...
For a trailer hitch, the Curt # C13272 Class III hitch would be my recommendation. I prefer the finish Curt uses on their trailer hitches.
For a trailer wiring harness, I'd go with the Curt # C56217. For a ball mount, use # C45010 and # 63845 for a trailer ball.
Rental trailers will use an adjustable coupler, so it'll work fine with the 2 inch trailer ball I recommended. If the trailer is large enough to require brakes (above 1500 lbs, I believe) the trailer will have a surge coupler,... view full answer...
I went ahead and looked for a set of ISSE Classic Snow Socks, and unfortunately I was unable to find a set that fits your tire however I do have another alternative for you.
Instead, check out the:
-Konig Tire Chains - Diamond Pattern - Square Link # TH2004705255.
These chains are going to be just a bit more pricey than the Snow Socks, however they will provide excellent traction in the snow or ice, is made for cars with restricted wheel wells like your Lexus, and will automatically... view full answer...
The Rhino-Rack Nautic Stacks # RRS520 is compatible with aero, elliptical, and most factory crossbars; as long as you had an existing roof rack you wouldn't require any additional parts since the Nautic Stacks come with tie down straps included.
If you don't have a roof rack already, you would need to add one. If you have a naked roof without any factory installed side rails you can use the Inno Aero Bar Roof Rack Kit using parts # INXB138-2, # INXS250 and # INK789, which provide 54"... view full answer...
In order to install a brake controller in your 2008 Lexus RX 350, you will need to hardwire it in. There isn't a plug-in harness available for your vehicle. The first thing you will need is a 4-Way flat trailer connector, # 18002, unless your Lexus already has one. I have linked a video showing how it installs.
After the 4-Way is installed, or if the vehicle already has a 4-Way, you will need to install a 7-Way. Use # ETBC7 which comes with the 7-Way and the wiring and accessories needed... view full answer...
I'm happy to help you get your RX 350 ready for pulling your new camping trailer and I wish you many good times in the future.
Starting with a hitch, I recommend the USA-made etrailer Class III hitch # e94AR for its simple no-drill installation (it includes all the hardware) and for its substantial 4000-lb towing capacity. It installs as shown in the written instructions, which is linked for reference. I also suggest ball mount kit # 989900 which provides multiple ball mounts and sizes... view full answer...
I'm not 100% sure what comes with the tow package on your 2010 Lexus RX 350 so I'll just recommend everything you'll need to tow so that if you don't already have it you'll be able to see what is recommended.
For a trailer hitch I recommend the Curt # C13143 because we have found that they tend to have a stronger construction, and then for wiring you need to start off with the T-One # 118252 for basic trailer lighting. Since you're needing a brake controller this means you'll need to upgrade... view full answer...
I'm not sure what the difference would be between having a tow package vs having an active tow package save that in some models you might need some fuses or relays to make the tow package active.
For your 2018 Lexus RX 350 it will either come with the tow package or without the tow package. Since yours came with the tow package that lets me know what wiring kit will work. I recommend going with the Curt Trailer Hitch # C13272 and wiring # 56083 with the ball mount kit # 989900 if you don't... view full answer...
Since you already have a 4-Way flat trailer connector, you will just need a brake controller and the 4 and 7 Way installation kit # ETBC7. This provides the 7-Way and the wiring and accessories needed to hardwire in the brake controller. There is no plug-in type of harness available for the 2011 Lexus RX 350.
I have included some links that explain the installation of the ETBC7 for you.
The Tekonsha P2, # 90885, is an excellent choice and what I would recommend for you. It is easy to... view full answer...
On your 2011 Lexus RX350 without a tow package, the wiring harness you will need is the Tow Ready T-One Wiring Harness, part # 118478. This harness will plug into connection points located behind the RX350 tail lights. It uses a powered Modulite converter that will draw power directly directly from the vehicles battery via an in-line fuse so your electrical system is safe.
I am including a link to the installation instructions on the Tow Ready wiring harness.
In addition to the wiring... view full answer...
The Curt hitch you purchased is part # C13272 which is a 2 inch receiver so the pin hole is 5/8 inches. A good standard lock to fit is part # e98880.
With that being said, a lot of bike racks have threaded hitch pins so you can't use just a standard locking pin. Their threads are usually specific to their own locks so you might need to purchase a specific lock for your specific bike rack. If you let me know which bike rack you have I can help you with a specific locking pin. view full answer...
